A warm welcome from Manchester. It’s very important that we receive votes if a player has decided to submit an entry. Normally we give a penalty to set the score on nill, but from now on also the regular countries will be lost in case we haven’t receive votes without a mention. Therefor a small change has been made in the rules at section 4. We wish you the best of luck and wisdom with the votes!
